An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Morris Corfield Aftersales team.

We have a vacancy for a Parts Advisor/Apprentice based at our Broseley depot.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day parts business, responding to customer enquiries, ordering parts from suppliers and maintaining high levels of customer service. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and IT skills, be self-motivated and present a professional image to the customer.

We would also encourage applications from individuals looking to join the CLAAS Parts Apprenticeship Programme, giving you the opportunity to learn from our experienced team, whilst you attend college part time to undertake your qualifications as well as regular visits for training at CLAAS HQ in Saxham.

An understanding of agriculture or machinery would be advantageous but full training is available for the right candidate.
