Morris Corfield & Co is celebrating the achievements of one of their apprentices following a graduation ceremony recognising the successful completion of the CLAAS Land-Based Engineering Level 3 apprenticeship programme.
The event welcomed more than 100 attendees, including 20 graduating apprentices, their families and dealer representatives. The day included a site tour, certificate presentation and celebratory lunch, providing an opportunity to recognise the hard work, commitment and achievements of the graduating cohort.
Among the graduates was Josh Bailey, who successfully completed his CLAAS Land-Based Engineering Level 3 apprenticeship earlier this month.
Josh will be a familiar face to many Morris Corfield customers at the Broseley depot, where he continues his career as one of the company's Service Technicians. His graduation marks an important milestone in his professional development, and the team looks forward to supporting him as he continues to build his skills and experience in agricultural engineering.
The ceremony was made even more special by the attendance of John Kireia, who played an important role throughout the apprentices' training journey. John joined the celebrations to congratulate the graduates on their achievements, and his presence was greatly appreciated by the group.
Apprenticeships play a vital role in developing the next generation of skilled professionals within the agricultural machinery industry, combining practical, hands-on experience with technical training and industry knowledge.
Morris Corfield & Co is proud to support the development of new talent and congratulates Josh and all the graduating apprentices on their achievements, wishing them every success in the next stage of their careers.
