The CLAAS Apprenticeship programme is second to none for young people looking to carve a career in our industry. Our Aftersales Director, Darren Duppa was proud to accompany Owen Norgrove from our Craven Arms depot and Dylan Walker from Broseley depot as they begin their apprenticeship induction at the CLAAS Academy in Saxham this week.
The CLAAS UK Apprenticeship Scheme was established in 2022 and is delivered under one roof in our state-of-the-art Academy, on the site of the CUK headquarters at Saxham. CLAAS Apprentices benefit from new bespoke facilities including specialist fabrication and engine workshops, classrooms and a break-out area, along with an excellent on-site restaurant. Block release sessions are delivered by qualified in-house trainers and apprentices work on the most up to date CLAAS machinery, giving a great grounding for a future career with CLAAS and its dealerships.
